Hi, I am pregnant and travelling to my office daily but now I am facing serious issues with my health like joint pain in legs and back unable to sit too long and walk too long and also vomiting dizziness am i eligible to get a medical certificate to apply for work from home

What is the treatment of Back Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve back pain :
- Clinical assessment in the nearest medical center
- Avoid prolonged standing
- Avoid sitting in wrond postures
- Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
- Apply Diclophene Gel three times per day to releive pain and inflammation of the muscle
- You need to do physical exercises such as swimming or other kind of exercises regularly
- Take analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen or Panadol Joint three times per day
