i strongly suspect in your case after the history you gave me that your condition mostly meet the criteria of STDS due to chlamydia infection it can cause infection among both men and women and it can for other infection mostly you need an investigation and examination to reach the definitive diagnosis meanwhile something you must to do like avoid sexual activity until you will seek advice and if you want to do that better ti use a condom as safe sex  and something doctor will offer which is medication like doxacycline or azithromycin  also i must to remind you if the examination came as STDI if you have stable partner in the last 6m you must to tell her and advise for seek medical treatment to eradacte the infection 
investigation
the doctor will take a history and last sexual activity and will order urethral swab and culture by 20ml from the urine along with urine analysis 

Symptoms 

• A discharge from their penis
• A burning sensation when peeing
• Pain and swelling in one or both testicles 
• Rectal pain;
• Discharge; and
• Bleeding.
