Your doctor will prescribe Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever with the treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection Augmentin 1gm twice daily for 7 days with tobradex ear drops twice daily which is safe in breastfeeding women and in pregnancy.

Clinical assessment for any signs and symptoms with Complete blood count and otoscope.
