What is the treatment for your condition ?
First of all, your condition need to be assessed by an ENT specialist. Feeling of wind in the ears migh be defined as tinnitus, and there are many causes for this condtion and the treatment depends on the cause. If there is an infection in the ear, it will be treated by antibiotic such as Augmentin 625 mg is three times a day for a week with a pain reliever such as ibuprofen 400-600 mg twice a day. If there is an excessive wax in the ear canal, then the ear might be irrigated and cleaned by the doctor to remove it. 

Diagnosis:
History taking and clinical examination should be done by a doctor. Furtehr tests such as otoscope of the ear to check for earwax or infections. Hearing loss tests such as Rinne and Weber test as well as pure tone audiometry, using an audiometer, and speech discrimination tests.In some cases, advanced investigation migh be required such as  MRI of the hear to rule out any mass that irritates the auditory nerve. 

Causes of tinnitus:

• Ear infections
• Irritation of the auditory nerve
• Perforation of the eardrum
• Trauma to the head and ear
• Wax in the ear
• Tumor pressing on the auditory nerve
• Others

Tinnitus which is caused by things like earwax and ear infections will usually clear up within a few weeks or months of the condition being healed.
