Actually, your symptoms might be due to flu which does not need any treatment. Right now, it's recommended to drink hot fluids as well as limon and honey. Strepsils tabs are good to releive thorat gongestion along with loratidine 10mg one tab per day. Paracetamol tabs or Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily can be used for pain and fever if present. If there is a suspecious of bacterial infection, then antibiotic will be prescribed such as azithromycin 500mg one tab daily for 3 days.

Medical history taking and physical examination. CBC to check for infection, chest X-ray to rule out pnemonia.
