Clinical medical examination by an obstetrician and gynecologist,  medical history, complete blood examination to detect infections or anemia, hormone examination such as FSH, LH, testosterone, prolctin, examination of thyroid hormones TSH, ultrasound examination of the pelvis to detect ovarian cysts or Uterine fibers, in addition to performing a speculum in some cases to rule out the presence of adhesions in the uterus, in addition to analyzing the husband’s semen.
