What is the treatment of deep pain during and after intercourse?
Well, there are  many problems that can be the cause of this manifestation which is called dyspareunia. You mentiond that you have HPV infection. HPV infection can lead to a probelm called condyloma accuminata or genital warts which is caused by HPV 6 & 11 subtypes and it's one of the STD. This condition can be treated by Cryotherapy, trichloroacetic acid solution, and several surgical modalities. It should be noted that HPV infection can also lead to cervical changes that might end up in cancer of the cervix. This condition need assessment by HPV cytology according to the condition. Other problems can be PID (Pelvic Inflamatory diseases) which can be treated by antibitoc such as ceftriaxone and azithromycin.  It is also advised to get enough rest and to avoid stress as much as you can.
Diagnosis?
History and physical examination to be done by doctor. CBC as a routine procedure to check Hgb and WBC. Pelvic ultrasound to check the presence of cysts or mass in the ovaries, the use of an endoscope to detect the presence of fibroids or endometriosis. HPV cytology for cervix
