Dear customer  for gastritis issue its can be related to the type of food so better to avoid spicy and heavy meals and decrease them as much as you can beside that you can take pantoprazole once or twice daily also its important to rule out the bug at stomach like H.ptlori if confirmed you need a triple antibiotics for 2 weeks 
for the spleen issue can you elaborate it more and what disease you have with symptoms
