Hello mam good morning, first off All thank you for your Concern to replay me,Previous month Of I was used Company car With petrol was my personal things, previous month means Exactly June, And I was Committed RTA fine Also athe Amount was 1530,aed, I already said I'll pay for the fine, And the 3rd of July I get call from Admin to Leave the Work And come to head office time was 1:30pm Around, I'll Also went and They Asked me About the usage of car and Petrol Consumption, at last the management Said You should be need to pay, and the Petro Cost off june month 2610, aed, I Said yes I was used the car for My family issues I accept that but, I'll not used to drive this all amount of petrol, after they talk they Said, If you pay the Petrol Cost, we will leave this Problem For Normal will not take any action, I said Okay I'll take the All losses, I'll pay it Once my salary will come or you Dedect the Amount then you put the salary what ever it's is, And I was given the Written Letter to management, that is I accept the situation I was Did A mistake and I'll pay the loses here after I'll not used company car to my private access, this is what I written in letter I accept this is Mistake, And The next day 4th of july I didn't get the Work schedule, I asked supervisor he Said you ask Management, and I went to Head office, to asked the Work shedule , On the time the management was Already decided to terminate me They was already keep the Paper Work for Petrol Allowance and RTA fine, Then termination letter, After The HR will come and said that you have to pay for the fine, Petrol Allowance, After that they Said you must be need to pay for the (VISA) COST, after That I was Said I was ready to pay All the things which was Done by me, but your telling me to pay the half of Amount in VISA COST, So I Said to the management, il not pay for the visa cost At Any time, I didn't give Cancellation paper, and I'll accept what I did and I was ready to pay the Amount Also, yesterday you said ok will deduct on June month salary, and the next day your giving me the termination letter, and asking to pay for the Visa cost, this is not fat, This is not A big mistake which was happened to me, they management didn't listen what I am telling, after that I come to know they are decided to terminate So no issues to talk more, then They told me to Sign the Petrol Allowance Price list paper' And termination letter, I know I was just sign Only the petrol Allowance,And I never sign on Termination letter reason was I don't Sign, they ask to pay for the VISA COST So I was decided and informed the management I'll not Sign and I'l not pay for the VISA COST, then I was leave from head office, after That I didn't Go to work, 3rd July is my last working day, And I was waiting for the salary, the salary date was every month Of 10th, and Inbetween for All month every 6th or 5th We will receive the Attendance sheet from Admin department to Check IN and OUT punching, if there was any issue and didn't punch means they Will Inform to re punch, the June month was Mobile display is fully broken at 4times And I was informed the situation about the Admin and I also show them what was happened to my mobile, they Said ok no issues, and I already Asked the Attendance sheet from HR and Admin department, So many times, but They will not ready to Replay My Messages and response for my call, then I was leave at 7th of July I was received My Salry message from Accounts department they Already Dedect the fne and petrol usage Cost which was i ready to pay then She was Deducted un wanted things mention on Last punch attendance miss ex ex, after that they Forced me to Pay the Additional amount of 1800aed They was deducte My All June month salary,of 5000aed then They forced me to pay the balance Amount, after that we il hand over your passport til that will not give, Then I said I'll not pay then I was cut the call, At the Same time at July 7th Evening I was called labour court Adviser to explain the situation, Then the Advisor was asked me that your Visa was cancelled, I said No sir I'll not Sign the cancellation paper even they didn't ask, then They Adviser check and told me Your Visa was Already Cancelled by the Company, I Said I didn't Sign anything and they didn't inform me that your visa is Cancelled By the Company and didn't provide cancellation paper to me, at next day 8of July I went to Ask passport to HR he was said till your visa is not cancelled once you Complete the All payment after that Your Visa wilybe cancelled and Company hand over the passport to you til that Company will not give the passport to you, So I was waited for the next appointment on Labour Court Advisor, to Discuss about this on 12of july I'll get the call from Labour Court, and they ask me Some documents to upload, then til that No one informed me that My visa is Cancelled and no one is Sended me a cancellation paper, they' plan They will not inform about the cancellation after

My Grace period was complete they decided to apply Abscond in me, And I went head office to ask passport that time Also no one informed me that My Visa was cancelled, then I was asked them no one Anser my question, at later HR head cme to Talk with me He Said you must be need to pay for the Visa cost or Else you need to suffer Somany things we have the lawyer, So you Pay the Visa Cost them company will hand over the passport to you then you can leave, the problem will solve smoothly if you didn't You want to face so many things then I said to HR I'll not pay for the Visa cost, and without My Sign How you cancelled the visa okay you did atleast you need to inform me but no one did this, il handle the case in court then I was leave from there, I didn't did A mistake mam, I know I was did at the Same time iam ready to pay but they are termination me for this accident and without notice period they Cancelled My visa, main thing Till that I didn't get the Cancellation paper from the company how they are doing this, this good what they are doing on ke, please tell me what should I need to fo, for this I was Waste my 2offer letter and more than 10days I was sitting in room, What to do now

Supposed to be Al ready I was Waste the offer letter which was i get last week, incase if I didn't get any offer letter after where should I go 5th of Agust is My last day In UAE, how should I go to my home, they will not give me the Balance salary and definitely they will not give me the notice period Amount and flight cost, if the Company was Doing like this, how should I'll live mam, No one will. going to give the Money to me, And at last thing For the Every month I was received the Pay Slip but last month They will not Provide me, This is what happened going on me So what should I want to do and what it I'll be going to be done
