What causes the feeling as if oxygen is passing through the nose up to the throat and then feel like something is stuck in throat and also what causes the pain between chest and upper side of stomach

No it just started yesterday

I also feel pain between chest and upper side of stomach whenever am in periods but after taking some pain killers like Panadol and ibuprofen

What is the treatment of chest pain?
You should know that the treatment depends on the cause, that's why you should see the doctor in order to reach the diagnosis, then you will be treated accordingly. For example, if you hav anemia then ferrous sulphate tabs, folic acid or vitamin B-12 tabs will be prescribed. In case of heart ptoblem, there are different medications that can be used such as beta blockers, ACE ihnibitors and others according to your condition. Furthermore, you should get enogh rest and try to avoid any physical or emotional stress. You should also drink enough amounts of water at least 2 liter per day.
