What is the appropriate treatment?
First of all, it's recommended to visit the nearest medical center to you to be evaluated by medical doctor. Skull X-Ray might be done to rule out any fracture. If there is any cut wound, then the doctor might do some stitches to close it. However, if it's just a swelling after trauma, then you can put cold compress 3 times a day and take some pain killers such as ibuprofen 600mg twice daily.
