Treatment of breast itching:
Well, there are many causes of breast itching, so it's recommended to undergo a clinical examination by your family doctor to determine the diagnosis. If there is a skin allergy, then medications such as Loratidine 10mg per oral tablets taken once daily before sleeping, and  hydrocortisone pramoxine cream can be applied 3 times a day. If there is bacterial infection, then antibiotic such as Ogmin 875mg twice a day for one week, Denacin 300mg twice a day for a week, and Cataflam tablets twice a day for 5 days if there is pain. Furthermore,skin abscess, skin eczema, and psoriasis should be ruled out.

Diagnosis:
Diagnosis is made by undergoing a full clinical examination of the breast by your doctor. Further tests such as CBC might be requested.
