Hi Sir, my father is diabetic patient from last 30 years, and from last week he is vomiting after each 2 days. He vomited 3 times till now last sugar fasting test was 4days before 248 reading.

Treatment of vomiting:
In fact, the treatment depends on determining the cause, and therefore it is necessary to undergo a medical examination by a specialist doctor and perform some tests to evaluate the condition, determine the diagnosis and then treat you accordingly. Until you reach diagnosis, some medications can be used such as Nexium 40mg IV, 500 ml Ringer Lactate (fluids), Pramin Amp IM injection. Then further assessment is needed by the spacialist doctor.
