Hi the subject is my sister was married since 10 years from Moroccan Spanish guy she have 5 years old daughter now she is in process to get divorce and she have nothing to do here in Doha that’s why she is willing to move to Spain my questions is;
1- is there any governments support She can get ( accommodation - living money) or any other support
2- can she get resident visa and if yes how long can take.
3- dose she have opportunity to get passport if yes how long can take
4- dose make any difference if she registered her marriage and divorce in Spain or no taking in consideration that her x husband have a lot of assets in Spain
5- regarding the daughter dose her x husband can make any trouble for her in Spain because as I know he is refusing to grow up the daughter in Spain
6-is there any city in Spain preferred to move on which have faster documents process or what you can advise here
7- dose she have the same advantage if she moved to other country in Europe or Spain will be the best
