How to treat vaginal infection?
Well, vaginal infection is a common problem among women and it's treated by Fluconazole 100 mg once for fungal infection and with metronidazole 500mg twice daily for one week for bacterial infection. Additionally, you can use betamethasone cream three times per day for itching. Furthermore, it's advised to wear a cotton underwear and to keep the vaginal area clean and dry.

Diagnosis:
By history and simple physical examinations. If it's uncertain, sample from the secretions might be taking to be examined under the microscope.

What are the symptoms of vaginal infection?

• Vaginal itching
• abnormal vaginal secretions
• Offensive vaginal odour
• Redness of skin around the vagina

Recommendation:
You should follw previous medications.

Treatment of constipation:
Constipation is a common problem for many persons and usually results from the person's life style and the nature of their diets. So here are some tips that will help you get rid of constipation which include having a healthy diet regimen with is full of fibers that are found in fruits, vegetables and nuts, drinking plenty of water at least 3 liters per day (in the absence of any contraindications such as heart disease or kidney failure) and having some exercises on a daily basis such as walking which helps increase bowel movement. Furthermore, there are some medications that can be used to relieve constipation such as Lactulose 15ml once a day before bedtime. Please note, if the cosntipation continues regarless of the above recommendation, then you have to visit your family doctor for further assessment.

Diagnosis:
In most cases, constipation does not require any medical tests, but if there are other accompanying symptoms such as abdominal pain, high temperature or vomiting, some tests can be done such as a complete blood test (CBC), stool examination, an abdominal x-ray, with the possibility of doing an endoscopy .

Causes of constipation:
1. Bad diet habits such as fast food
2. Not drinking enough water
3. Lack of movement
4. Indigestion
5. Intestinal obstruction
6. Tumors in the colon
7. Anal fissure
8. Other reasons

Hepatitis B treatment?
The treatment of hepatitis C depends on the type of inflammation, whether acute or chronic. Acute cases can be treated by rest, drinking plenty of fluids and eating healthy foods and in some severe cases, antivirals can be used. In chronic cases, the available treatments are Pegylated interferon alpha, Entecavir, tenofovir and Telbivudine. If there is severe liver damage, liver transplant will be the last option.

Diagnosis:
Meical gistory and physical examination to be done by a specialist doctor. Complete blood test to detect high white blood cells, liver enzymes test AST, ALT, ALP, GGT, Bilirubin test, albumin test, INR test, antibody test in the blood

What are the symptoms of acute hepatitis B infection?
- Nausea and vomiting
- Jaundice (yellowish discolration)
- Anorexia
- High temperature
- Muscle pain
- General weakness and fatigue
- Pain in the upper abdomen
- Feeling sleepy
