I want to know,if why after period, my discharge...

Brown vaginal discharge:
Dark brown vaginal discharge is a common problem that many women suffer from and it can be related to various health problems. So it's recommended to visit your GP for further assessment because the treatment depends on the cause. In many cases, brown discharge is simply an old blood that’s taking extra time to leave the uterus. This is especially true if you see it at the beginning or end of your menstrual period. If it's related to hormonal problems (estrogen & prgesterone), it will be treated by oral contraceptive pills to stabilize the level of the hormones. Furthermore, other causes of bleeding and irregular menstruation should be excluded by visiting the doctor.

Diagnosis:
Diagnosis can be made by visiting the doctor and undergoing a general physical examination. Some tests can also be donde such as Complete blood test to detect anemia or infections, Hormonal tests such as LH, FSH, TSH, ESTROGEN, PROGESTERONE, PROLACTIN and Pelvic ultrasound to rule out any other pelvic problems.

2. Ovulation spotting
3. PID
4. Perimenopause
5. Endometriosis
6. PCOS
7. Ectopic pregnancy/abortion
8. Others
