Hello doctor.. I m 28 years old mother of 2 kids by c section one is 7 years n other is 6 years .. doctor diagnouse me pcos and its really imp to me to lose weight ... i m trying from last 3 months to reduce but not lost even little plz suggest me any diet plan thanks

What is PCOS

-replace the fried foods with the grilled or boiled foods
-do not add fat to food especially animal fat such as the butter, you can use olive and canola oil.
-do not eat sweets, simple sure or whit sugure
-do not drink fruit juse, and replace it with fruits
-do not use coffee mates with the coffee, tea or Nescafe.
-avoid tension and anxiety
-practice daily sport to increase burning fat and activate or improve the Period.
-eat low-fat dairy products
-do not eat before within 2-4 hours before sleeping
-divide meals into 6 meals a day instead of 3 meals
