Hello, My name is Nashwa born in 1990, I am a female, 27 years old and in 2015 I had a blood test and it seemed that my results showed that I suffered from anemia, vitamin D deficiency and Hypo Thyroid and I was prescribed only folic acid and vitamin D. I had shortness of oxygen and I am a heavy smoker however I did go to a psychiatrist and since I had severe fear of death I was prescribed an antidepressant I don't remember the name and faverin. A while after almost three months since I felt better I stopped taking them However now I have so much anxiety, fear of death again my sleeping patterns are off since I either sleep long hours or very short like 4 hours, sometimes my left eye would twitch sometimes even my thigh and I have nightmatres and upper back pain. I did change my diet cooking only with olive oil and eating healthier only for a week now and I am currently taking vitamin d3 supplements (2 weeks now), feroglobin (2 weeks now) and bio marine omega 3 just today. History: I had my tonsils removed when I was in third grade, I have sinus and I occasionally have gas problems and minor kidney problems since I never used to like water but now I have been drinking more water.

This is not easy, when a person is being controlled by thoughts.
The treatment of this condition:
-stay with people you love
-neglect or deny the idea of death once it occurs to your mind
- face yourself and the ideas which control you that you did not die before when this idea was controlling you
-empower and improve the religious side
-you should organize you time and use every minutes
-practice some relaxation exercises. First, do not let anything to disturb you such as the belt or the watch. Set comfortably, take a deep breath from your nose and hold it in your stomach as long as possible, and release the air gradually. Repeat this exercise seven times. Try to close your eyes and repeat “I am comfortable” and “I will not think of any idea which will come to my mind”. Repeat “I am comfortable, my body, my mind is comfortable” . give yourself information that there is a worm energy entering in your feet, and this energy is ascending towards your head. You should take your time doing this exercise, almost within 25 minutes. Then after 5 minutes, do not give yourself any orders.
