The status which controls you is similar to phobia. Phobia is a psychological status of fear however a sever fear without reason (without sense), a fear of something, a place of a behavior. this will lead the patient to escape from the situation which he fears to face, or the circumstances which are considered dangerous.
Types of fear varies from person to another. There are people who fear heights, death, fear to speak to others, fear from cats, open places, closed places and others.
Symptoms of phobia:
1-fear
2-anxiety
3-to escape from the situation if possible
4-breathing deficiency
5-tenssion in all body parts
6- sweating.
7-Rotation .
8- sense of pain in the stomach and head.
9-Fainting.
10-Quick heartbeat.
11- feel of some madness.
12-Shiver on the sides
There are many reasons for this kind of fear including the disorder in the neurotransmitters, genetic factors or exposure to a difficult position
The treatment of phobia:
1-egnor any scary idea which tries to control you when closing the door
2-face the urgent thoughts in your mind
3-you should practice relaxation exercises in the beginning. Do not let anything to bother you such as the belt, watch or others. Sit in a comfortable place. Take a deep breath from your nose and hold it as much as you can then release it through your mouth gradually. Repeat this 7 times, close your eyes and repeat “ I’m comfortable” until you feel the energy from your toe to your head. Note that this exercise will take 25 minutes after that sit for 5 minutes, do not give any orders, then smile. In this way you will reduce fear and tension.
4-you should keep up with the psychologist to help you to get rid of fear by psychological sessions including gradual or immunization or Emotional discharge.
5-do not sit alone in order not to be controlled by fear
6-focus on the positive thoughts.
