What kind of problem or issue would you like to discuss with the therapist?(i.e. Relationship counseling, depression, addiction,etc) I have a lot of streess because always I remember my past Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else? Yes i have before in onother contry but now im in qatar Anything else you think the psychologist should know before I connect you? Also sometimes im become anger and i dont want to speake with anyone before i have traitement but now i leave it

The symptoms that you talk about are very similar to the symptoms of depression as depression is a state mood mentally anxious, a psychological disturbance associated with the situation. It deprives you the motivation to achieve or access what you love or wish, as well as you may suffer physical symptoms e.g. stomach ache and headaches. Also, lack of sleeping, insomnia, bad appetite etc.
Other symptoms such as:
Feelings of sadness, exhaustion, lack of desire to do any activity, sluggishness, laziness, loss of energy, activity. In addition to that, problems of sleeping disorder either disrupted sleep or deep sleep, or absolute inability to sleep along with the food appetite either heavy eating or not eating at all and feeling pain in the stomach. Furthermore, headaches, losing self-confidence, irritability, nervousness, tension and anxiety. Isolation from others and feelings of guilt towards any attitude or behaviour and self-hatred sometimes with feeling of hopelessness.
 
Some guidelines you can use to help yourself:
You should reform the breathing process and preferably in such case to do relaxation exercise, which requires you at the beginning not to let anything bother you like a belt or a watch. Sit down as you feel comfortable, take a deep breath from your nose and hold it as mu h possible as you can and exhale from your mouth gradually. Repeat this exercise for 7 times, try to close your eyes and stop the confusion, feel comfortable and keep saying. Say, I will not think of any idea comes to my mind and keep saying I am Comfortable, my body is comfortable and my mind is relieved.
Give yourself the instructions that there is a warm and great energy underneath your feet and start feeling that this warm energy is starting rising up from the feet to the top of the head. Walk with the energy, use the instructions easily. Let the exercise take 25 minutes. Then, take a break for five minutes and start moving your limbs and smile. Get back to the place that you were at.
This is how you can alleviate the pressure and tension. Practice sports on daily basis so that you adjust your mood status and your psychology as well. 
Avoid situations that increase your condition.
You have to stay away from all the frustrations and frustrating situations in life.
You must manage your time so that you can use every minute of your time well.
You should work on getting rid of any negative thoughts that control you
