Welcome! How can I help with your medical question? Before my hair was thik. But now my hairs are too much thin. Looking lot of gap between hairs. Daily 30-40hair fall during bath. Hair implantation is a producer in which hair follicles are implanted into the patient scalp and by time it grow to become a normal hair just like your hair, it broke , it fall and also it die if not taking care of it.
The coast of hair implantation varies from country to another and from medical center to another and also it depend on the number of hairs implanted and the general condition of your hair , and it range from 1000 dollar and up .

No you are not diabetic but you have great chance to get diabetes and you need to be careful about this.

you can avoid diabetes by the following
  • Avoid stress and depression as you can
  • Stop smoking
  • Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables
  • Avoid soda drinks
  • Regular test for your glucose level
  • Get sufficient sleep for 8 hours at night
  • Regular daily exercises and walking for at least 30 minutes

I am not diabetics but strong diabetic background... So I want to avoid sugar in tea... My fasting blood sugar is 111. So I want to avoid diabetes. So please tell me what kind of food I should take morning afternoon and night

In this case, you need to check your blood sugar regulary, the key to lower the risk of being dieabetic is to choose healthy foods and portion sizes so that you can control both your weight and blood sugar levels.
  • drink 3 liters of water/ day, staying hydrated can reduce blood sugar levels and help prevent diabetes.
  • choose a low glycemic index include seafood, meat, eggs, oats, barley, beans, lentils, legumes, sweet potatoes, corn, yams
  • eat foods rich in chromium such as egg yolks, whole-grain products, high-bran cereals, coffee, nuts, green beans, broccoli and meat
  • eat whole grains like barley and brown rice and healty carbohydrates such as fruits, vegetables, milk, yogurt, and legumes rather than white rice and white-flour pasta
  • Eat avocados and nuts for healthy fats.
