سيدي الفاضل 
 ان الاقلاع عن التدخين يحتاج الي عزيمه قويه ورغبه حقيقيه في الاقلاع واتخاذ القرار بعدم لمس سيجاره مره اخري
ويجب ان تعلم الاضرار التي تتعرض لها انت والمحيطين بك لتكون دافع لك علي الاقلاع
بعدها يجب ان تبتعد عن اي مصدر تجد به سجائر وان قام الاصدقاء بالتدخين تذهب فورا او تطلب منهم مساعدتك بعدم التدخين في وجودك
وتحاول شغل وقت فراغك ويكون افضل لو مارست الرياضه ولا تترك نفسك ابدا للتفكير والوساوس ان سيجاره واحده لن تضر لان واحده مثل عشره
ويمكنك استخدام لاصقات النيكوتين في البدايه لتعويض نسبة النيكوتين التي تحتاجها
ويمكنك استخدام سيجاره لعبه ووضعها في فمك لان شعورها ايحائي انك تشعر بالراحه وتدريجيا تتخلص منها
سيدي ان الاقلاع عن التدخين لا علاج دوائي له ويرجع لقوة عزيمتك وصبرك فتذكر انك تدمر صحتك وان اثارها السلبيه قد لا تظهر الان ولكن ستظهر ان اجلا او عاجلا فمن اجل نفسك ومن اجل من يهتمون لامرك يجب ان تتمتع بالعزيمه والاراده للتوقف عنها تماما
