Getting rid of fear feelings and anxiety that controls your mother lies in her willingness for treatment and having the determination and motivation for it.
It is important for her to help herself and face her fears. Perhaps all those obsession ideas that controls her and prevents her from having a normal life. therefore, for your mother to get out and get rid of this situation, she must face her fears and to be convinced that what she is going through is a psychological state and not a psychological illness and it can be recovered from by having the real desire for treatment and upon the change that she will be carrying out as activities practiced daily.
