panic is a status of sudden sever anxiety with some symptoms such as fear, shake, and fast heart beats, sweating pain in the chest. This may be a seizure not exceeding 5 minutes or longer for half an hour. What is happening with you refers to a status of fear and panic. To get rid of this you must learn about this seizure and it will go away. You should calm and do not think of scary things. Try to replace your scary thoughts with positive ones. Repeat “I am calm, I am ok..” do not go to sleep unless you are very sleepy. Try to resolve all your problems immediately, so you won’t feel pressure and affect you in shape of seizure. Try to elevate the pressure during work or during the day. Practice some exercises regularly as it make you feel calm and relaxed. Reduce drinking caffeine such as coffee. Use your relatives’ support specially during the seizure so they would make you feel calm and tell you that you are ok and that there is nothing to feel panic. Go out with friends as they have a great role in modifying your mood status or condition, make you feel happy and forget the negative thoughts.
