But dear, if there is a program you purchased from the App Store and you want to cancel the purchase of the program follow these steps:
1) Enter the page to report Apple's purchase problems by clicking here
2) Log in to your Apple ID account, through which you purchased the application.
3) You'll see a list of the apps or videos you've purchased over the past 90 days (free and paid)
4) Select the application you want to cancel purchase and recover the amount and press Report a problem.
5) Select the cause of the problem from the list, and if you do not find a real reason for your problem, select "Problem is not listed here"
6) Write and explain your problem and type the reason to retrieve your money, then click Submit
7) You will receive a message that Apple will contact you within 48 hours.
Important Notes:
- The time to refund the amount, cancel the purchase and submit the order in the purchase period should not exceed 90 days.
- Provide a real reason for the request.
- Apple has the right to refuse or approve the application. The application does not mean that your application will be approved directly.
