Dear customer to get gems in clash of clans you can remove obstacles in your village search for plants,trees and rocke click on them then click remove they will cost you gold or elixir

and you can complet Achievements to get gems you can see the Achievements and what you need to do by following the steps
click the button as shown in picture

in my profile tap scroll down to see full list of Achievements 


the text in white color is the title of the Achievements and the text in black color is the gole you need to do to get your gems.
