Dear customer ,
All the symptoms you have mentioned such as the sound of the door and others are also symptoms of the Schizophrenia which includes hallucinations of sound and sight and unreal and not existed in real life. This will not prevent to practice your daily life normally as long as it is not a problem and you can adjust with it. Be sure that the treatment depends on you and the ability to change and reduce stress. Try to follow the instruction that I have mentioned earlier and specify time for yourself to relax.
Regarding your Sharia question, you can send your question to the Sharia section in the website so they can answer you.
kind regards.
