Hello, I've been suffering from anxiety attacks and all from the past few weeks, I still have the fear of it and fear of dying soon. How can I get rid of it? Help please

The symptoms of your condition are not clear enough, as you have to do some tests to ascertain about your condition. It is a state of speed in the heart and a feeling of sudden suffocation, as it appears in a form of sudden attacks. Symptoms of physical can appear accompanied with severe fear, and until this moment there is no clear cause for such cases, but the environmental conditions constitute a prominent role in this disorder.

 However, it is possible that you are in a condition of panic. The panic situation has many symptoms such as:

·        Nausea.

You should reform the breathing process and preferably in such case to do relaxation exercise, which requires you at the beginning not to let anything bother you like a belt or a watch. Sit down as you feel comfortable, take a deep breath from your nose and hold it as mu h possible as you can and exhale from your mouth gradually. Repeat this exercise for 7 times, try to close your eyes and stop the confusion, feel comfortable and keep saying. Say, I will not think of any idea comes to my mind and keep saying I am Comfortable, my body is comfortable and my mind is relieved.

Give yourself the instructions that there is a warm and great energy underneath your feet and start feeling that this warm energy is starting rising up from the feet to the top of the head. Walk with the energy, use the instructions easily. Let the exercise take 25 minutes. Then, take a break for five minutes and start moving your limbs and smile. Get back to the place that you were at.

This is how you can alleviate the pressure and tension. Practice sports on daily basis so that you adjust your mood status and your psychology as well. 

Avoid situations that increase your condition.

You have to stay away from all the frustrations and frustrating situations in life.

You must manage your time so that you can use every minute of your time well.
