I am suffering from anxiety and depression from my childhood. The reason behinds this i think is my parents who are interested to point out my mistakes all time. Now i am very scared to face peoples .i will get thought like what they will think about me and will they come to know that i am a waste,like that. And believe me its uncontrollable. My heartbeats gets faster and i will start sweating.this happens even in silly situations. I am done with it. What do you think i should do. I am 25 year old jobless engineering graduate .that took extra 3 years for me to complete. These problem was the reason mainly behinds that. This made a not interested in anything like behaviour in me. What do you think i should do to move on.

From the symptoms you are mentioned you may be suffering from 
Social phobia or social fear  which is a type of chronicle anxiety. Symptoms appear as severe sweating, fast heart beating, trembling of body parts. A patient feels lack of focus, distracting thoughts. The patient of such situation fears committing mistakes in front of others, especially strangers. He fears being mocked at or criticized. This kind of fear leads to a strong stimulation to the nervous system, which Secretion of the adrenaline hormone with a large amount. Physical symptoms will appear which has to be treated early, so it does not get worse.
It is a kind of psychological anxiety. You are not suffering from any mental illness or a severe psychological illness.
Secondly, you have to know the symptoms that appear to you, so you be careful of not noticing what is happening with you. Notice if you feel a contraction in chest or a heart beating. It is all physiological symptoms
Other people do not observe, you have to observe by yourself. Nothing bad shall happen to you.
There is the behavioural treatment and there is the medical treatment including relaxation practices in which you will be shown how to do them or you can go to a shrink and ask him/her to show you how to do it.
Start seeing people and talk in front of them in a clear loud voice. Prepare a word to say before them and try to do it in front of friends first as a rehearsal and then start expand the circle of hearing people.
Enrich your self-esteem and be confident. Start participating in activities fit to your age and tendencies, so you can build relationships with people.
Challenge these ideas when you meet strangers. Feeling the fear of being mistaken or criticized by people. No one mocks at you, as long as you know the fear and you are preparing to challenge and lose it.
If you cannot face your fears and your situation, you can go to the a shrink or guiding doctors who can keep progress with your situation
