You can try going to the same bank for getting an extra loan to close your credit card debts' balance

Or, you can go to another bank such as Emirates NBD or other ones to try to get a loan to close the previous loan and close the balance of the card through an additional amount.

All you have to do is go to the bank, which you want to deal with and hold the following:

• A personal ID or a passport.
• Bank statement.
• Salary pay slip.
• A pledge to continue transferring your salary and end of service benefits from the employer to the same bank.
• A statement of your debts or a loan from the previous bank.

Any additional documents that may be requested by the bank
