Depression
It is a state of severe sadness that controls the body and mind. It causes fatigue, mental and physical tiresome, in addition to loss of motivation to do anything. People experience life pressure, or maybe some previous experiences with expecting big things to happen and when facing reality, he/she got frustrated and his/her psychological status was impacted. Furthermore, it could be social circumstances surrounding the person from a family or at work.
Depression symptoms:
- Lack of food appetite or eating much or not eating at all.
- Sleep disorder
- Inability to concentrate
- Lack of focus
- Tiresome and unwillingness of doing any activity.
- Nervousness and suffocating
- Tension and quickly to be mad
- Isolation.
- Loss of self-confidence.
- Losing hope of life
- No clear goal
- Negative and suicidal thoughts
Methods of treatment:
- Try to sit with yourself and think about the reasons that lead you to this depression and when know the exact reason, you will be able to get rid of it
- Regular sports exercise
- Avoid sitting with pessimistic and frustrating people
- Do not pay attention to small details that exhaust your mind and body
- Avoid looking at yourself as inferior or in a negative manner. Look at yourself with pride. Look for what distinguishes your character and take care of your strengths and enhance them.
- Organize your time well and use for it for the best like reading
- Avoid stressful situations that may heighten your senses and sadness, which may cause depression.
- Do not sit alone so you do not have a chance to think negatively about yourself.
- It is important to know that satisfaction and conviction in real life are important, the more you are satisfied and convinced, the more you will be able to handle all circumstances wisely.
- Hang out with the people you love spending time with.
- Practice relaxation exercises
- Avoid stressful situations that may increase your depression or cause you disturbance.
- Exercise sports regularly. It is basic in nourishing the mind, body and comfort you.
There is also a drug treatment for depression, but it is disbursed by a doctor's prescription, as it depends on your condition and the allowed doses.
