 Sulpha dimidine 33.3% 100ml ing IM daily for 3-5 days and Sodium bicarbonate orally treatment to decrease acidity level and impaction
 Vitamin K3  ing IM daily for 3-5 days to decrease the amount of bloody diarrhoea
vitamin B complex ing daily IM 3-5 days  recommended also to decrease sings of nervous manifestation, also you should use  normal saline such as Dextrose 5%-sodium chloride IV to
prevent Dehydration 
Pencillin-pen strep -noorbrok 100ml ing recoomended also for secondary infections
