I would like to clarify to you that usually the banks does not allow the monthly  installment of more than  50% of the salary value when you take the loan. In some counties  they do not allow to be 40 or 30 % according to your country of residence. If you already took the loan and your salary has been deducted, then this may be legal. However, generally if you have any problems you can go to the bank and try to schedule the installment and reduce the amount of the loan. The bank may accept or reject the reschedule of the payment.
