a real life therapist but she wasnt for my relationship i tried to suicide before so my parents sent me to one

yeah,the relationship im going on is actually brining me depression and it is complicated

From what I understood from your inquiry is that you live a complicated relationship and this relationship has reflected on your psychology and to the extent that you have the idea of committing suicide
This is not a solution, you have to look for solutions for this relationship and most importantly to think objectively away from the passion because you will remain greatly impacted of what you live.
Also, you have to make plans and to be a flexible plan to achieve what you seek. You have to go out and blend with others. Talk to people and discuss with them. Have the self-confidence and it is important to take into account your psychology, as you have to exercise sports regularly, which helps to improve the mood.
