How can start a business while i am a employer?

For example, there are projects we don’t advise you to start up with as you can’t follow the project directly in the first stage such as restaurant or supermarket.

Generally, if you want to start up a project and you can’t follow up with it, then you have two ways, first you can put every policy related to the project and the employees then assign a project manager to follow up with the project, and you can let any of your relatives or friends follow the project to protect it.
