Welcome! What kind of problem or issue would you like to discuss with the therapist?(i.e. Relationship counseling, depression, addiction,etc) Since i have graduated i have a depression issues as my life was not as i have planned to it unfortunately i stopped have passion to anything and i started gaing weight to extend that i can’t diet anymore Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else? Not yet Anything else you think the psychologist should know before I connect you? No thanks

Depression controls the person when he / she has planned for things and expected to happen and as he wants, but in fact it did not get as planned. Quitting compulsive ideas that control the mind. It requires you to be convinced and sure that these negative ideas are only compulsive ideas and they are illogical and unreal. Therefore, you have to try quitting such ideas from your mind. Replace these ideas with positive. For instance, you can think of your strength points that you have.
Practice sports, as activities can nurture the mind, which thereof gives you positive ideas. Moreover, it is important to keep yourself busy. Invest your time well, so that you do not find time to think of any negative or compulsive ideas.
As for the pray, you have to strengthen your belief. Read books e.g. book on human development. Be sure that, the more you organize your time well, the more you will be able to arrange your thoughts and control it.
