I am having problems on my Ps4. Whenever I open a game and try to purchase something from the store it gives me a message saying there are no new purchases. Then it crashes everything. This is puzzling because my internet works fine and I can still access the store on my other accounts
What programs and versions are you using?

** Dear, If you buy games from your PlayStation Store and do not buy, follow these steps:
Note: Make sure you are buying from the UAE account, not the US.
1) Remove the purchased currencies from the US account, contact US technical support, request Refund, and then buy the games from the UAE account, according to your basic account, to identify the currencies in the game.
2) Download the basic game from your US account, so the game will be known on the Queens, but you will lose your achievements and previous storage, will not be recognized in the US version of the game (will be recalculated to zero)
** If the problem persists, contact technical support for US and Canadian accounts
