We would like to inform you that you have to determine the authority that deduct is from your bank account, visa card or your phone balance.

If it was from your phone balance, then you must assure that you are not subscribing in any services.

If it was from your credit card, then you have to assure where the money went as it may the card data stolen or you put it on a website and they deduct daily subscription.

If it was from bank account, then ask for bank statement to clarify the last transactions.
