We would like to inform you that to change your ATM card password, you must have the previous number and the issue is done through one of the bank's ATMs, and it is not possible to change it through one of the ATMs and can't be changed online. If you do not remember your password, you have to go to the nearest branch of the bank and ask for a change of password number by the customer service staff at the bank itself.
