What kind of problem or issue would you like to discuss with the therapist?(i.e. Relationship counseling, depression, addiction,etc) I am not feeling ok lately I feel numb,Sad and anxious I feel like I am alone but I know that I am not alone I want to die but I am afraid to kill my self All my friends think that I am changed and I become sad all the time, thinks that I am not the same anymore because I was optimistic all the time now I am not I want everything to stop but I don’t know how I am useless Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else? The main symptoms of the severe depression is thinking of suicide, or  you may be controlled by a specific thought. Therefore, you should try to help yourself and we will describe the symptoms and solutions to help yourself. 
Severe depression it may appear on the behavior, thinking or speaking. It may effect on the way of thinking and the control of negative and frustrating thoughts. The most important symptoms is thinking of suicide.
 
Severe depression has many symptoms such as: 

·         Feeling general sadness.

·         Fatigue and unwillingness of any activity.

·         Feeling lazy and idle.

·         Loss of energy and activity.

·         Sleep disorder, intermittent sleep, deep sleep, or inability to sleep.

·         The onset of eating disorder is either eating grudgingly or not eating.

·         Feeling stomach pain and headache.

·         Loss of self-confidence.

·         Emotion and nervousness.

·         Thinking suicide.

·         Tension and anxiety.

·         Isolation from others.

·         Guilt towards any position.

·         Self - hatred in some cases.

·         The sense of hopelessness.

 

Instructions to help you to get rid of depression 

-face yourself and do not sit alone and face the suicidal thoughts 

-improve the religious thinking 

-try to avoid the main cause of your condition  

-practice daily exercises to improve your mood

-stay away from stress

-face the thoughts which push you toward suicide. Suicide is forbidden and not the solution for your circumstances

-you should avoid negative ideas such as suicide and thin that it is unreasonable

-avoid people who make frustrated

-tell others that you have these thoughts so they can help you .

-you should go to the psychiatric immediately because you still have a future
