We would like to inform you that you have to clarify your question more. Do you mean that you deposited 200 AED via the ATM but just 100 AED were deposited in the bank?

In this case, you have t review the nearest bank branch to the ATM where you deposit and explain what happened and they will assure of that, if you are right then they will return the money to your account in a couple of days.
