According to the given facts and for clarification purposes, we would like to 
Depression when it controls a person, it pulls him / her to negative thinking and negative thoughts without feeling it. However, if you are aware of what you are going through, those feelings will not be able to control it. Depression controls a person when he / she has planned and set things ready and expects be he / she wants, but in fact it did not, here the person becomes depressed and thus controlled by negative thoughts and sad feelings. It is a state of severe grief affecting the body and the soul, along the way until it affects the psychological state-balance.
Symptoms of depression:
Suffocating, inability to focus, sleep disorder, eating disorder either increased or decreased and losing the motive of living. sluggishness, laziness, loss of energy, activity and losing self-confidence
Treatment: 
In order to get rid of that state, you must help yourself. Reconsider your abilities and your qualifications. Set new goals that you are capable of achieving.
Develop yourself and abilities, where you can start in a scientific and practical life. Pursue the goal you want to achieve and commit to.
Change your daily routine. Read books or hang out with your friends for a leisure walk for instance. Your mood will be adjusted.
Exercise regular sports to relax the body.
Avoid sitting alone, so that you do not have a chance to think negatively and feel grief and depression.
Do relaxation exercises. Yyou can watch some videos on YouTube to learn how to do them correctly.
