Welcome! What kind of problem or issue would you like to discuss with the therapist?(i.e. Relationship counseling, depression, addiction, etc)
Hi I feel it’s hard to control myself when I’m nervous.. I used to break anything or cut myself
Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
Yes but they asked me to go to speak to someone professional face to face but I couldn’t
Anything else you think the psychologist should know before I connect you?
I don’t know.. maybe that’s enough

Dear Sir,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, you are very welcome!
According to the given facts, we would like to clarify that anger and bad temper caused the problems as it affects your mental health, social relationships and your physical health. The only solution to control your temper is through:
- Do exercises to discharge the negative energy, to turn it into positive energy and to stop the stress.
- There are also some relaxation exercises special for stress and anxiety that causes your nervous. You can find these exercises online with application practically. You may also consult a psychiatric to help you practice these exercises. Most importantly to do the breathing exercising. When you feel nervous, you should take a deep breath, and hold it for view moments, then release it gently until you feel relaxed. This will offer a moment for you to think if this matter really deserves feeling nervous, or deserve to harm you mentally or psychologically. Just end the conversation or the debate if you could not control yourself.
- Try to entertain yourself and do not expose yourself for much stress, try always to speak of your problems and the stress you may face as psychological discharge helps to get rid of the nervous.
Finally, there is a drug treatment that reduces anxiety and tension, which is complementary to behavioral treatment. Drug treatment should be described by a psychiatrist to determine the treatment and doses appropriate to your condition.
I hope my answer was helpful, please let me know if you have any follow up questions. If you feel I've answered your question already, please rate my answer from top of the page. Your feedback helps to ensure only the best experts are available to help you.
