Dear customer you need to download and install the driver for your Joystick  you can use driver pack solution program to find the missing drivers and install them click here then click Install all required drivers

open the program 

then click Automatically set up computer

Please provide me with name and type of your Joystick 
you need to config your Joystick  in the game go to Settings

then click Joystick  then click calbrate now
