Dear customer if you did not receive your verification code make sure you entered
your phone number correctly or try different number 
make sure your phone can receive text messages
if you received your verification code but there is no option to enter it maybe
the app can automatcicly see the code from your sms but you did not give it 
the permission 
and to give it the permission you need to delete app data go to settings
then click on apps

click the app then click clean data then retry to buy and whan ask for permission  to view your sms click Allow
