Welcome! How can I help with your legal question? I would like to ask a help regarding my credit card whuch is najm credit card. Im always payibg the minimum amout before my dur date. Then last july 14 i receive a message from bank that i have a bounce check..i come to know that..that check was the check that was ask me to sign. Then i ask the najm credit collectikn officer why they present that check when.im.payjng before mu due date. Because of that it created a negative record in beurue of credit here in dubai. Do i have the right to demand about that. Because they asking me to pay 7200 when.my credit limit inly is 5200. Where are you located? It matters because laws vary by location Im here in dubai sir Has anything been filed or reported? Yes sir but my due date is rvery 12th of the month.
