Dear customer you may have a problem with your network settings go to settings then open Network

open Set Up internet connection

choose what you use to connect to internet

choose Custom

choose  Automatic

choose Do not Specify

choose Manual

enter 8.8.8.8 for primary dns and enter 8.8.4.4 for Secondary

choose  manual

enter 1473

choose  Do Not use

click on Test internet Connection to check the internet
