أنا

Dear Customer,

Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!

It is clear that your husband is suffering from bouts of depression that are repeated from time to time and you must be patient with him so that he can overcome the suffering of depression. It is not easy to deal with it, it requires the strong will of the patient and the people around him and I would like to explain to you about depression and its symptoms in order to make sure that your husband suffers from depression.

Depression is a combination of feelings of sadness, frustration, and desire to separate from others and not to socialize with friends and family.

Symptoms:

The feeling of fatigue and physical exhaustion from the least effort made and inability to relax.

Sleep disturbance and inability to sleep long hours.

Loss of appetite to eat or gluttony in eating.

The constant desire to cry and heightened sensitivity.

Loss of self-confidence.

Feeling that your life goes aimlessly and meaninglessly.

Finally, these symptoms may develop and a person loses his desire to live and think about suicide.

I will give you some tips about how to deal with your husband so that he can accept the idea of treatment as follows:

- You should try to convince your depressed husband to go to a psychiatrist because his problem may be solved by giving him antidepressants.

- You can say to him that when he gets physically hurt, he goes to the doctor in order to give him medicines. Why he does not do so when he gets a mental illness.

- Tell him that you are always next to him and you will not leave him and that if he needed to talk about any problem you will be in support for him and if immediately agreed to go to the doctor you immediately will be the first to go with him.

- Always be in touch with your husband if you go out to make him feel your support and your presence with him.

- Ask him to participate in the activities that you do every day and if he wants to be alone, you should provide appropriate support to make him participate in these activities.

- Concentrate on the small things when dealing with him and encourage him to do a list of things that must be achieved daily and try to motivate him.

- Encouraging him to practice sports exercises that is good for the circulation of blood and good also to get rid of negative thoughts.

- Ask him to go out with you for a walk and change the daily routine.

You should know that there is a solution for every problem, and you have to be patient and strong to deal with it.
