people whoe suffering from inflammation in areas in digestive system like esophagus and stomach can reduce the symptoms and treat the inflammation by following a few steps in their diet, they should stay away from:
  • taking high fat food in order it needs a longer time in digestive process than others nutrients, leading to pain in the stomach, margarin, butter, fried food, fast food, high fat meat, whole milk, whole dairy products, cream, cream chees, dressing, and desserts contain high amount of fat you should avoide, as advised to avoid irritants such as chilli spices , chili ketchup, mustard and sauces and you can use garlic, oregano and rosemary instead of spices.
  • also, citrus such as orang, grapefruit, lemon, tomatoes, kiwi, vinegar in addition to the high suger product should be avoided

  • Fruits and vegetables are rich sources of antioxidants, which support your body's ability to resist and heal from infections and increase you immunity, and fiber, which may help ease ulcer pain, high fiber diet may also reduce gastritis symptoms, increase your consumption of whole grains such as whole bread, oat, cereals, pasta, brown rice, and whole grain products, ( if you didn't tolerate fiber you should avoide it)
  • raspberries, pears and prunes, cranberries and apples contain flavonoids, artichokes, peas, broccoli, spinach and sweet potatoes also provide fiber and rich amounts of antioxidants
