We would like to inform you that you after the first divorce, your husband returned you during the Iddah and there still two divorces. For the second divorce, he can returned you if you are still in the Iddah period, and he must say " I returned you to me". However, if the Iddah finished, then he can't returned you unless with new marriage contract and dowry and your acceptance for that.

Note that, you must review the Sharia court as divorce issues can't be applied only by consultation or written Fatwa.
